Relsialle stood with a grin as Rue attempted to find her, the pink-haired firebrand standing right behind her as if she was a shadow. She raised her middle finger to the young girl, seemingly relishing the immature gesture while the strategist attempted to seek her out. The thief turned to offer a wicked smile to Janeiro, the figure of the rogue much more clearly visible to her than her smaller counterpart, hoping a shared laugh would calm the pairs nerves enough to enjoy a new target for their banter…She rolled her eyes as she put her offensive gesture back in it’s holster, shaking her head at Rue’s assumption that she had trotted off or was somehow offended enough to put them in danger. The girl offered a blink after several enjoyable seconds of watching the younger Japanese attempt to locate her, finally opening her mouth to answer (her voice giving away her nearby location), “Lay off of her for a bit…She’s just worried, like I think we all are…We’ve all proven we can fight and talk big…all we can do now is get this finished…” Relsialle said, her tone somewhat calming despite coming from nowhere, her accent flavoring her words almost musically as she turned to soothe the chaos that she had sown. It was strange that she suddenly moved to defend Janeiro, perhaps either out of exasperation or simple self-preservation. Her shimmering outline stood still as Janeiro said her piece her head nodding sternly at the teens humble apology, the rogue remaining silent for the time being. Relsialle could honestly respect the healthy suspicion that the elder teen had of other players, her own encounter with a pair of PK’ers had instilled that much into her, but the rogue couldn’t help herself in playing the outspoken teenagers against the other…it was simply too much fun. Ultimately she knew that those of a clandestine nature, even person’s with clearly green morality icons such as hers still were seen as suspicious…people often didn’t trust those that could move unseen and take without regard for consequences…it was after all only natural. Relsialle stepped slowly behind Rue, her light steps following in the pattern and placement set by the swordswoman turned scout. The pressure plates were placed quite close to each other, making stepping around and over them quite difficult. There seemed to be no opening for the rolling stone that Janeiro predicted however the air seemed to grow sharper and more acrid as the attempted to move around the trap…a sign that it was more dangerous than she had assumed. As they moved closer to the indentation in the wall the hairs on the back of the older girls neck stood on end, something didn’t seem right. The anxiety of the situation pushed her to pull a thin needle from the leather pouch on her thigh, twirling the sharp sliver of calcum in her fingertips ready for whatever decided to show its face. Her other hand still rested calmly on her main weapon, her eyes glued to Janeiro’s and Rue’s feet as they paced around the elevated indentations in the floor…Upon passing the plates would notice immediately the gradual indentation in the right wall, dipping only 5 ft or so before gradually narrowing once more into the narrow tunnel that they were currently travelling down. It seemed the perfect place for an ambush, only accept that there was nothing there except for another dimly lit torch…or was there? *Detection: Janeiro will see two shimmering figures tucked into the indentation.* |
