[Personality]
Victory at any cost. Dokuso embodies this ideal perfectly, especially given the circumstances that befell everyone within Sword Art Online. There would be no hesitation to use another player as a means to his goal, even if he must step over their recently shattered bodies to do so. Does he enjoy the act of using other players to this extent? Possibly, but it is more of what he deems as necessary given the circumstance. But one can't always go through life plotting and backstabbing, so when less serious matters are at hand, Dokuso tends to like doing simple things, sitting and watching the moon rise and fall. Telling stories to pass the time. When dealing with other people, he tries to be friendly but has little experience making friends or otherwise. Still his ruthlessness has it's advantages, often taking the answer no as a personal insult and will work hard to change that around to something he would much rather hear.
[Biography]
Miki felt strange when around other people, and for a long time he just never really connected with them. It was less noticeable during the younger school years when it was still common for people to get over things like that fairly easily, but as he moved up in the years he began to be spaced further and further from the crowds. Eventually he just stopped trying to put himself in with the niche and groups of people that were formed. At least until his second to last year of high school.
Due partially of boredom, and a means of wanting to just smack at something, Miki borrowed the tennis clubs serving machine. For a few hours he played by himself, but an overbearing classmate had watched on and off for that time. Out of some poor choice in words, a misunderstanding arose that ended up with Miki joining the tennis club himself. He enjoyed the act, putting great effort and even ranking fairly high in the district in singles.
Taking that through to college, Miki balanced tennis as well as trying to get a degree in computer engineering. The later ended up getting shoved to the side as his tennis career took off much faster, getting a sponsor and going on to play game after game for a few years. Many were sure that he would be able to participate in the next summer Olympics. As for how Miki came by the Nerve Gear, nobody really knows. In truth he had caught a flu the day before Sword Art Online started, and taking one of the few chances he could to do something besides train or do something related to his work logged on. Choosing the name Dokuso, a word that he chose randomly after the nickname he called his manager, Miki went through the normal events that most players did. More so than most he sheltered himself away from the rest of the ten thousand people, hiding away in an inn for nearly a week without stepping out. But eventually his money ran out and getting kicked onto the streets forced him into taking action. Now his only goal is his own personal survival, knowing nobody in the game, and hoping that not all that many people recognize him.
