Kyotori would have been in the beginning town where mostly everyone, including players, would be located. Instead of how most cities should be, which would be full of life, it was dead. Not dead with no one in it, but dead with no one talking. Only gloomy looks and scared quivering players while the NPC's simply smiled and talked to each other. The store clerks would talk to any passing by players.
"COME ONE COME ALL. GET SOME OF THE BEST ARMOR YOU WILL FIND ANYWHERE ELSE."
Kyotori had no money otherwise he would buy some. Then he would see a fairly decent sized group with level 1's. He was concerned because unlike all the other people who were gloomy, these people were full of life. There was 5 of them each had their own style of fighting. What that style was though was unknown. However he could overhear that they needed 1 more person. I would sigh as this would be a decent chance to increase his level in the process of making new friends possibly.. However more than likely if they were heading towards a dungeon they would die and Kyotori would have to fend for himself sadly. This was a drag, but it was common. Most people here don't know how to be careful. It is a new game after all and so as a new game, more deaths are common because people are testing the game out and don't know the limits of their abilities or they get ambushed but a barrage of enemies. Kyotori would walk up the group
: we need another person if we want to go down to the dungeon to insure our survival.
Another person would nod as the group agreed with what seemed to be the level 1 leader.
"I'll join you guys."
Kyotori would say in a relaxed tone directed at the group.
: "I don't know... What are your stats?"
I would open up my character screen with a few taps and then would list off my stats
"2 strength, 2 agility, 4 endurance, and 2 dexterity"
Rio: "hmm so you're a tank.. Okay welcome. The names Rio"
Rio would move his hand slightly a few times then a group invitation would be extended to Kyotori. My face would be blank then a smile slipped onto my face as I hit the accept button.
Rio: "ALRIGHT! Let's hit this dungeon up! Oh also.."
Rio would hit a few buttons again as a quest would be shared called 'Kobold huntsmen' again Kyotori would accept as the group began to head out. A few minutes would pass on the march as they approached a hole so to speak. Kyotori would approach the hole when two dire wolves growled at the group of six. My right hand would reach for my sword and yanked the sword from the sheath as the others were still startled. My right arm would swing down at one of the two incoming wolves. My attack would connect dropping the wolf's health to 29 while the other wolf would extend and sink it's talons into my calf. I would let out a Yelp as my health decreased slightly. My sword would reach down as it hit the wolf attached to my leg decreasing that wolf's health to 27. Finally the other five would have their swords out including Rio as they charged in flinging his sword down at the used to be attached wolf. The attack would connect dropping the health of the dire wolf to 13. Another man would come up to Rio's aid and would swing the axe down missing. The other three would swing their swords down with 2 missing the attack and the other one dropping the health to 18. The 13 dire wolf would howl and then leap and bite one of the three who missed their attacks decreasing their health by 1/6. The next wolf would attack the other man who missed who was next to rio dropping his health to 1/5. My sword would swing down at the weaker dire wolf hitting the wolf in the head killing it, then my sword would swing through the dead wolf and move to the second wolf who was going in for a second attack at the man he had just attacked hitting the wolf killing that wolf as well. Kyotori had killed 2 dire wolves and yet they hadn't even entered the dungeon yet. This wasn't going to end well. He already knew this. The quest was to kill 5 Kobold Patrolmen and 3 Kobold Troopers. Both level 3's. This quest is to kill 8 level 3's basically. From the way this game is, level is an actual threat so the chances of us actually killing the level 3's is slim. Hopefully some of us level up before we all die or well they all die and I simply retreat using them as cannon fodder for my escape. I would walk into the dungeon first as the other 5 followed me in. The dark narrow corridor of the barely lit hallways by blue flames would bring concern to me. This area is scary. Extremely scary actually. I would continue to walk forward when I would feel a wire hit my leg
"Da.."
I would be cut off as spikes would close down on top of me. I would look up and see the spikes so out of instincts, I would jump forward away from the spikes.
"Why is there booby traps in a place like this?"
I would be angry but then here footsteps of 2 unknown enemies. My hand would raise in a closed feature as the spikes slowly rose to the ceiling. Then the two enemies would pear around the corner and would raise there swords to begin a charge to close the distance between them. My teeth would clench as I griped my sword with my right hand and would draw my blade. My arm would extend and would plummet to the earth as my attack came in contact with one of the Kobold Patrolmen dealing very little damage at all. His health would drop from 45 to 42. This came in shock because he thought this would be easier. Rio would then charge in and swing his blade down with both hands dropping the foe to 38hp. The next person with an axe would come forth and swing his axe down dropping the Kobold Patrolmen to 34 at that moment, the patrolmen would swing hitting the axman dropping his health to 3/6. Then the other patrolmen would swing bringing another man from 1/5 to 3/5 of hp. This troubled Kyotori for he didn't want them to die even though he knew it was inevitable. The other 2 would swing but miss their attacks. I would grit my teeth as this was too much. These level 3's will be the death of Kyotori if he did continued the fight. My blade would raise then would swing down dropping the Patrolmen to 30 hp. He wasn't doing enough damage. This upset Kyotori. Rio would come on dropping the patrolmen to 24 hp and the axman would drop his axe down but miss. Then the two handed user would grip his sword and swing down at the Patrolmen dropping its health to 12. This two handed user was good if he could hit the opponent. Then a person with a long sword would swing down with both his hands gripped on the blade.
Tarik: "BLADES OF WIND!" The long handed swordsman would begin to swing his sword in rapid succession with 4 attacks coming in at obvious increased damage. The first attack would nearly kill the Patrolmen at 2 HP while the next 3 attacks would be aimed at the 45 hp. The first attack would drop the opponent to 34 then the next hit to 25 then the final hit to 13 hp. In just an instant, we managed to turn things around. Obviously Tarik was a damage dealer as well but the cool down to his attack must be ridiculous. The patrolmen would then swing there blades at Tarik. The first would miss while the next would drop Tarik to 1/4 of health. My blade would raise and would drop it on the 2 hp killing it. Rio would swing his sword as well dropping the other Patrolmen to 7 hp. The axman would swing his axe dropping the hp to 3 hp. The other two would miss their attacks. The patrolmen would turn around and would begin to run when my sword would dive into the backs of the patrolmen killing him. I would sigh and would sit down as 2/5 patrolmen was dead. While 0/2 Soldiers were dead.
I would pant as we waited for our hp to rise. This was hard to deal with these monsters. This day was truly the beginning of the end.
