Art is everything.
| Today, Date Unknown I'm not exactly sure what's happening here, but all I know is that I'm stuck here. I can access my menus and I don't want to know what day it is. I've been here for a little while sorting out what kinds of activities I should participate in to survive. But living in the Beginner's Town just isn't enough anymore. I need something better, something more sustainable. If only I had my father's influence... But I can't give up. Not yet. I've got art to create. Speaking of, I need paint. I just ran out and buying it in the town is too expensive. I don't have a steady flow of income anymore, so I need to go out and play this game like it was meant to be played. Showing others my strength might also be good inspiration for pieces I'll make. For now, I'll head out to the Field and train before I get any berries. It might be dangerous to head out into the forest. I've heard there are level 2 creatures there and I'm not experienced enough to take them on just yet. --- Minerva headed out toward the field and carried her curved sword tucked beneath some of the cloth that hung loose from her clothing. She may have had starting armor, but she embellished her armor with fabric she collected over the time she spent in the Beginner's Town. She layered pieces of pink and white fabric to create a look that resembled a priestess. Only, this priestess was functional, fashion-forward, and could fight. Minerva moved slowly into the field and attempted to spot a Boar that might've been by itself. For now, she wasn't going to attack multiple enemies. She was probably likely to die if she did that. She couldn't take many hits, but she could move swiftly. Dodging would be her best way to avoid taking damage, but dodging wasn't always the best option. At least, that was what Minerva heard. Boars weren't supposed to be the most difficult of opponents, but people had said their plan of attack was usually a charge. The boar's tusks were large and she also heard that they liked to try and prick you with their tusks as they ran. They could chip away at your health easily, if you weren't careful. Minerva looked over the field as these thoughts ran through her head, when she finally spotted a boar. "Alright. Time to see if my fighting skills are good enough to take down a singular boar." When she moved toward the boar, it seemed to lie still. It didn't seem to notice her as she got slowly closer and closer. She didn't want to take it out just yet. She needed to figure out exactly what she was going to do first. And how she could even fight. |
