Availability: Private, This thread is only open to Kyo and Relsialle. The walk was must have been an interesting one. The tow had already exchanged quite a bit of banter that jumped from extremes of holding a knife to ones throat to the vibrant colors of ones hair. The duo had adventured to the dungeons in search of treasure and experience, or perhaps just to simply be doing something other than waiting for someone else to clear the game.  The dark depths of the dungeon were very... dungeon like. The floors of a hard stone, the walls all very damp and rough. It was no wonder why players rarely ventured here. Even those looking to advance in levels swiftly refused to endure the dank dungeon scene. Yet here they were, two players whos paths crossed from attempted robbery.  The scene opens to a large entrance atrium-like room with three separate paths to advance down. Kyo had remembered from his party which had previously explored that the path to the next floor was to the left, but he wasn't really sure if that was ultimately the goal here, as clearly they were no match for the floor boss. "Welp..." he paused for a moment. "The way to the boss is the left room, but I'm not quite sure we want to go there... We're probably better off exploring ways that I haven't seen yet either. You okay with getting a little lost with a stranger?" he asked with a grin, though hand now on his blades pommel knowing that anything could happen in a place like this.

" Sometimes things are more fun with your life on the line…" ☒ @tagged ✐ 000 ✉ notes Relsialle Lv1 Relsialle looked surprised when they had stepped through the vaulted doors of the labyrinth, all too used to people boasting about the place in a bit to gain her attention, even when the game turned serious enough to reward said boasting with much more serious consequences. She remained quiet since then, her thin fingertips trained on her blade, her ears perking up as they heard the sounds of the environment around them. The girl wasn’t surprised at the looks and the feeling of the place, the dampness causing her hair to frizz slightly as she ran her free hand along the walls to feel the roughness herself. “Well I hope the others have a bit more class to them, but I can’t say I’m surprised…place pretty cliché actually…just dark, gloom, and death…can’t meet the definition of dungeon any better than this…” The girl observed, letting out a soft sigh in a bit to relax her demeanor slightly. It was her first time here and her energetic nature seemed to have taken a blow, her tone a bit more serious than their previous discussion. “Yeah I don’t think we’ll be taking that boss on any time soon, but I’m certain there’s more to this place than that…” The girl mused out loud, responding to his directions, a soft laugh coming from her, “At any rate, the place seems charming enough…might build an apartment here, you never know…place has a certain appealing quality…A few tables, a couch or two…” The girl grinned flicking her finger in the air, bringing up her map screen, a massive patch of darkness on the screen marking it as unknown. The girl continued walking to the center, dropping her weight slightly as she took her first steps, the color and detail of her avatar fading from view leaving only an outline only visible to Kyo (party member). She was still experimenting with the game’s stealth capability, and this seemed as good of time as any to get prepared as she pulled the thin blade free from her belt. “Lost? Sometimes getting lost is more fun than knowing where you’re going…I couldn’t tell you how many places I’ve found when I was lost at night…and occasionally you got to kick a pervert in the balls from time to time…but at least then you’ve got a story for the bar later on…” The girl giggled, her jokes interplayed with her philosophical nature. Her voice seemed slightly disjunctive from her standard care-free tone, her Irish accent now coming from the faded stealth outline at Kyo's side as opposed to her true from.

Availability: Private, This thread is only open to Kyo and Relsialle. Kyo listened as he watched his companion take in the scenery. He let out a small laugh to her comment about making an apartment in a place a dreary as this.  "You sure you'd like to live here?" he asked. "It doesn't really look like it suits your personality.  He watched as she faded out into the dark room. His mind jumped back to his first experience with the dungeon and his expressions changed back to their normal less joyous persona he had after Relsialle had broken his solemn depression of the game.  If she were paying attention to him, one could easily gather he was deep in thought, and not good thoughts. He looked up a bit to notice her gone from site.  "Please do try to stick a bit closer here Rel." he said, actually saying her name for the first time had a bit of warmth to it. He didn't really have any true friends yet, all mere acquaintances but none were quite a fun as this one.  "My last time here we were ambushed, player-killers had set up traps in the dark and had attempted to murder my team." he looked rather dismal now, looking to the ground. "Maybe this was a bad idea... I don't want anything bad to happen." he said, despite not even starting the dungeon just yet. His grip on his blade was much tighter than before. Clearly something had happened here that had broke him even worse that the scenario this game as thrown him into.

Relsialle Lv1 Relsialle giggled from her place in his shadow, the outline of her avatar still faded from her stealth, “Naa, I’ve been in a few spots in downtown London that make this place look like a damn 5-star Hilton…” She responded with a soft smile, the light-hearted comment seemingly meant to take the edge off the tense situation that the pair found themselves in as they settled in to their new-found mission. The girl turned to study him a moment, still remaining close by, even though one would have to openly search to notice the faded form of her stealth-mastery. Relsialle’s features hardened as she could tell something was eating at him, her brow showing signs of worry…“Eh, don’t worry about me…I’ll playing the part of your shadow for a little while, just back here making sure none of those kobolds bend you over…” The girl teased with a wide grin, a light-hearted laugh escaping her, the rogue almost forgetting how haunting the sound may seem when her voice seemingly appeared from no-where. The Irish-woman tensed a moment seeing his demeanor change, almost making her feel regretful of her attempts to cut the situation with her brand of humor, the mood of the party quickly changing for the worse. As he told the story of his former party it made her stomach drop, knowing full well that Kyo may have thought that she was one of those dreaded red-players only hours before at their first meeting… “Bloody hell…” The girl said, her voice barely over a whisper, “I didn’t know that those PK’ers were actively hunting…you would think they would band together and help clear this mess out…” The practicality of her statement seemed out of place for her, but it made sense, why hinder when you could help…it was only logical given that every player was in the same situation. The thief, looked up, her bright blue eyes focusing on the turn in the corridor in front of them, the sound of footsteps reaching her ears.

Availability: Private, This thread is only open to Kyo and Relsialle. Kyo had seemed to take positive reaction from Relaiselle's words. At least someone cared enough to be concerned with his evident state of mind. He wasn't even really quite sure why he brought her here. He do indeed had intentions to come either way but it wasn't to train. Perhaps it was to gather some piece of mind from the previous experience here. He maintained his trance he seemed to be lost within. His body motioned slightly as she spoke as if nodding to acknowledge he was even still listening. The ground shook as a distant footstep could be heard. In an instant he had darted between the noise and the shady figure of what was relsaille. His sword half drawn gripped tight.

Relsialle Lv1 Relsialle clicked her tongue as she saw him lighten up, even if only for a small fleeting moment, a smile gracing her sharp features, “There we go…Can’t have you getting all emo on me before we even see what this place is about…” A light-hearted laugh seemed to come from her faded outline, “Besides, this is supposed to be fun remember.” The thief added with a wink, finally turning her attention back to the sound that seemed to be moving closer as the moments passed. Her map faded from view as she lowered her stance, her dagger raised to cover her face, “Besides, I’ll make sure you come out ok…highway robbery isn’t my only talent after all...” The punk rocker beamed as she braced herself, still clearly chattering away despite the sense of dread that seemingly hung over the two of them. A kobold came into view, finally giving an image to match the heavy footsteps…its reptilian skin glistening from the ambient moisture of the dungeon that hung around them. It looked almost profoundly canine, the creature’s pointed ears turning in the direction of Kyo and the faded shadow (of Relsialle) that hung behind him, its maw opened to reveal twisted grin. Its clothing was in tatters signaling its lower status, a strange mixture of clothing and rudimentary leather plates scattered piecemeal on its body. It was carrying a barbed spear, the colors of the nearby torch light shining off of the tip, as it now would be trained on the pair throughout to coming battle. Even more unsettling was the patrolman’s choice in companion, a rather large brown Direwolf held back with a leash, its loud growl escaping the creature as it snapped at its master to be set free to chase its next meal. (Kobold Patrolman L2 – 45HP, Spear) (Direwolf Companion L2 – 35HP) The kobold snarled as it dropped the leash, a high pitched animistic laugh escaping the creature…it seemingly content to let its companion-turned-slave do his work for him, only noticing the singular presence of Kyo for the time being. The leash scraped the ground as the wolf ran at Kyo, noticeable droplets of drool falling from its maw as it charged with an uneven rhythm. It leaped forward suddenly in a bid to tackle the swordsman, its claws just as deadly as the mass of sharp teeth in its head. The shimmery form of Relsialle leaped forward as the direwolf committed to its action, her features tense from the presence that now declared its bid to end their life, and the girl would most definitely call its bet this time. Her blade glowed red as her sword art charged, the kobold just barely in her movement range…she had to act fast before the direwolf caught scent of her, silently trustful that Kyo would keep its attention long enough to keep it from smelling her out. The glowing blade buried itself in the kobolds back, a red streak where the impact took him, the Irishwoman twisting the blade as she pulled it out of the creature, her avatar shedding its stealth immediately after the strike…It was seemingly a standard attack, nothing really to write home about given the small drop in the kobold’s health bar. Soon after, a sharp ding only audible to the party could be heard, indicating the appearance of yellow icon indicating paralysis, appearing soon after to the side of the Kobolds HP gauge…The pink-haired thief grinned as the status effect appeared, the Kobold seemingly frozen in place for the time being… Relsialle bounced on her toes lightly like a kick-boxer weaving to ready its next move, her steel dagger held in a reverse grip. A warm smile graced her feminine features as she shook her bright hair out of her eyes, her features clearly betraying the feeling of fun that she craved, and now found herself in. Availability: Private, This thread is only open to Kyo and Relsialle. Kyo had watched as the wolf barreled forward at him. He also had noticed Relsialle sneaking up behind the massive monster that stood before him. He almost was fixated more on her than on the problem at hand. As the gap closed between them his focus readjusted.  It was clear the wolf was larger than most, but at the same time, he has already slain his handful of its like. Quickly Kyo drew his blade the rest of the way holding it out to the right side. He began charging back at the wolf as the blade began gleaming a deep violet.  Kyo had charged over the cobbled floor, the clicking of his steps quite loud and oboxious, more than likely keeping the direct attention of the enemy Relsialle had been focusing on until she were to make her move. He had some faith in her ability to be undetected but he wasn't quite sure how effective that would be within the combat scenario. Still he tried to keep eyes on him. Only a few steps away Kyo had jumped slightly to the left side of the wolf, allowing himself room to hit it without being directly in the main shot of the wolfs attack. "Violet Gale!" he yelled as his blade emitted a vibrant light, quickly he ran his blade through the side of the wolf for high damage, though unable to get a successful second shot in on it due to the angle and speed which they had crossed paths.  Still it was more than enough as Kyo landed roll to regain composure on his knees. The wolf hadn't even hit the ground before bursting into a sparkle of blue pixels, bursting into every which way before dissolving from view.  Kyo had lifted his blade and stood up once more just in time to see Relsialle backing off from her target, whom now appeared to be paralyzed. Kyo was undoubtedly impressed. Utility wasn't a common choice in a sword art, even though it made more than enough sense to have. Not everyone could be the high damage dealers, someone had to do something against the enemies that couldn't be destroyed so quickly. A bit of a grin peaked his smiled, again impressed by this girl who was nothing more than a possible red player just shortly before.  It wasn't over yet, but yet it felt that way. Kyo had regained his composure at was ready now for the next move.

" Sometimes things are more fun with your life on the line…" ☒ Kyo ✐ 002 ✉ RAWR! Relsialle Lv1 (Kobold Patrolman L2 – 40HP, Spear) - *P* (Direwolf Companion L2 – 0HP) – DEAD! Relsialle blinked as she caught the flash of the Direwolf’s shattering from the corner of her eye, trying to understand the strange purple light that she had seen before it fell. A smile graced her features as she predicted and confirmed the strategy for the encounter just off of Kyo’s personality. The girl leaped forward at her own prey crossing her weapon hand back and forth, raking her sharpened dagger across the helpless Kobold deeply, thick red streaks growing across its body as it let off a high pitched whine, its HP gauge dropping dramatically. Under any other circumstance the thief would feel sorry for the creature in its helplessness, but in the end it was still a threat to them both…a threat that was very real. (Kobold Patrolman L2 – 20HP, Spear) - *P* (Direwolf Companion L2 – 0HP) – DEAD! The paralyzed Kobold shuddered from the hits, a pitiful whine still escaping it as it still held its spear frozen and without movement. Relsialle clicked her tongue from her combat stance, still weaving her body from side to side, her bright pink hair bouncing from her movement. The girl seemed to tease the monster a moment, her rapid movements stemming from her silent steps on the front-pads of her feet. “So sorry big boy…wish you could get that big spear in me eh?” The girl taunted, an almost blinding smile escaping her, finally spinning around to drop to one knee, burying her short blade in its ribs. She could almost hear the sound of the creature’s ribs shattering as it blasted apart into innumerable pixels, the paralysis making high damage hits almost guaranteed while the kobold’s rudimentary defenses remained almost non-existent… (Kobold Patrolman L2 – 0HP, Spear) – DEAD! (Direwolf Companion L2 – 0HP) – DEAD! The Irishwoman turned to look at Kyo with a grin, “Told you it would be fun!” The girl razzed, sticking her tongue out at the moody swordsman. The young woman relaxed a moment, her sword art cool-down ticking away beside her full heath gauge. She paced back closer, sliding her dagger back into place with the soft click of metal touching metal…The punk-rocker offered a nod of approval at his own skill with narrowed eyes, “Not bad for an emo kid…and you thought we would have our hands full in this place…” The sounds of nearby monsters still rung clearly in her ears, whatever this branch of the dungeon was, they clearly weren’t out of the woods yet…

Availability: Private, This thread is only open to Kyo and Relsialle. Kyo had released an awkward half smile. It pleased him that the fight was over, but the Kobolds never really scared him. It was the players that he had fear of, or maybe himself? He lowered his stance back to a more relaxed state. He had looked back up at Relsialle who was now walking closer, one could still see something was amiss but he didn't look quite a disturbed as first entering the dungeon. A bit of sweat broke from his temple from the last maneuver, while the sword art took control of his body, the physical strain was still there.  Kyo looked to make sure there was no other enemy in immediate attention before replying. "That wasn't so bad yourself, though these guys were nothing special. I had no fear of enemies weak enough to be cut down without any retaliation." He looked to both of their health bars still being at 100%, though not entirely surprised of the state, after all his first dungeon party had been hit by numerous traps that had done a majority of the damage. "I suppose we could continue though." he said, fixating himself down the path before them, a dark narrow corridor, much like many he had seen in the upper levels. These corridors were a double edged sword. There wasn't enough room in them for the kobolds to utilize weapons to unleash havoc, however they just simply charged as there was no where for the players to really dodge to.

" Sometimes things are more fun with your life on the line…" ☒ Kyo ✐ 000 ✉ *turns up the difficulty* Relsialle Lv1 Relsialle smiled at the relaxed Kyo, noticing that his demeanor seemed to settle in the aftermath of the quick skirmish. “Yeah, nothing too difficult…but still enough to get you sweating…” The girl jested, running a few of her fingers through her bright pink hair, straitening it after her one-sided dance with the kobold. She took a deep breath of relief, taking a moment to rest before stepping once more in his shadow. “No harm in pushing forward…I’m still game if your done mopeing,” The girl teased once more, a bright grin escaping her as her outline faded once more into stealth mode, the wide smile almost making her appear to be a pink version of the Cheshire cat from Carrol’s tale. The sword art counter still ticked steadily as they turned the bend, the cooldown bar slowly moving downwards before sounding off with a loud, sharp, ding of the alarm. She seemed to enjoy playing his shadow for the time being, the pink-haired Irishwoman feeling sort of like a punk-rock Tinker Bell. The young woman chuckled softly at the thought before her head slowly turned in the direction of the closest sound. As they turned the bend, the cavern grew wider…the distant torchlight slightly brighter signaling yet another presence far into the distance. After a short travel, the pair had found themselves in a darkened room, sparse torches lighting up the carved stone of the chamber. The dim light allowed both of them to make out the tattered remains of bedrolls and rusted cookware of a campsite, a small wooden box laying nearby with a small lock on the front. Their solitude would not last as the camp’s occupants stirred nearby, greeting the unfortunate party with bristling weapons and drooling maws…their hyena-like laughs filling the chamber with their grating voices. Their cursors were marked red clearly, the monsters close enough to be within range of the party’s efforts. (Kobold Patrolman L2 – 45HP) – Spear (Kobold Patrolman L2 – 45HP) – Mace (Kobold Trooper L3 – 50HP) – 2H Sword The two creatures seemed of a similar low status as their fallen brethren, piece meal armor and clothing barely covering dark red skin, their weapons held at the ready. The larger creature in the back seemed content to merely keep watch for the moment, its higher status signaled by its slightly larger health bar…but more importantly…it’s more robust chain armor and the massive blade at its back…

Availability: Private, This thread is only open to Kyo and Relsialle. Kyo held his position for a moment, watching the enemies ahead. He really wasnt sure how to tackle the scenario. He could simply charge in, but perhaps quick movements would also alert them to Relsialles whereabouts. He drew his blade and got into a ready position. He then just stood there, waiting for the enemies to make the first move. Kyo wasn't entirely sure how the stealth system worked, but perhaps he could utilize the switch system right off of it. As the Mace wielder charged Kyo inhaled deeply, focusing and concentrating for the right moment.  Light erupt as a sparks danced off Kyos blade, a loud clinging of metal could be heard. It was all in an instant, the last possible instant. Instead of targeting the Kobold Kyo had directed all of his energy and attention into the mace it wielded repelling it back quite hard and leaving the Kobold open for an easy direct attack.  Kyo really wasn't sure how ready Relsialle was for it, but he insisted to call for it anyway, assuming if she wouldn't take the opportunity he could just repeat his actions until her plans were clear. "Relsialle! Switch!" he yelled, announcing her presence, though the AI wouldn't really understand anyway. Here he expected her pink hair to come out of the darkness and perhaps get some kind of advantaged attack over the foe who had been still regrouping its body positioning as its heavy weapon was jerked.

" Sometimes things are more fun with your life on the line…" ☒ @tagged ✐ 000 ✉ notes Relsialle Lv1 Relsialle stepped back, her faded form moving backward slowly as the sparks skittered across the cold stone floor from Kyo’s strong block, the shockwave from the kobolds attack making her body tense up. Her dagger was drawn quickly, the reverse grip of the weapon placing the wicked blade of her weapon along her forearm as she held up her fists at the ready…her mind racing to find an opening. Her ears perked up as soon as the swordsman pushed back his opponent, instantly revealing her next target. As soon at the call to ‘switch’ left his mouth, Relsialle flew through the air, her pink-hair a faded blur…her blade now glowing bright red…”YEAH! Now we got a fight!” The girl cheered in her thick accent, her laughter almost manical as her lithe form reappeared finally driving her charged weapon into the mace wielding reptile. She didn’t wait for the customary status change, trusting the system to work it out for her as a wicked smile graced her features. The kobold’s health bar dropped down significantly, but not quite enough to discount it as a threat…well, until the loud ding of the status change reverberated in their ears… She pulled the blade free in an instant, the spear-wielding Kobold rushing forward to aid his companion. Her attention shifted to his partner as the paralyzed creature stood helpless…the occasional whine from its maw adding to the music of metal hitting metal…The girl ducked low, the vicious spear point sailing over her head…close enough to force her bright eyes to widen. Her dagger answered back swiftly, driving upwards into a vicious slash…a large red streak appearing on the Kobold’s chest… (Kobold Patrolman L2 – 35HP) – Spear (Kobold Patrolman L2 – 30HP) – Mace *P* (Kobold Trooper L3 – 50HP) – 2H Sword The Kobold howled in pain, their leader still silently observing from several yards away, its spear quickly recovering into a spin, bringing the blunt end flying at her exposed back…knocking the pink-haired thief several feet to the side, her boots digging into the floor to recover from the strike. She skidded to a stop, shaking her head to recover, a few choice words exiting her mouth obviously not meant for children…Her HP gauge dropped gradually, still in the green for the time being. Availability: Private, This thread is only open to Kyo and Relsialle. Kyo watched the spectactle as the pink blurr ran the enemy through, or at least as far as her little dagger would go. Kyo smiled in their small victory as the red streak had inflicted paralysis on their foe, bringing down their numbers slightly. As the spearsman made his strike Kyo began charging, only being moments behind due to being busy marveling in the swift assassin-like manor Relsialle had fought with.  As she had been launched back from the swing Kyo tried moving for her to help absorb the blow of the actual knock back however she was moving too swiftly. He instead positioned himself between the spearsman and Relsialle.  He kept a defensive stance and without looking back he was able to hear her regain composure, and release a few words indicating that not all had gone according to plan. "You okay?" he asked back.  The monster began charging forward again, quickly moving in on Kyo. He planted his feet down hard like the past enemy. This one should be even easier to deflect. The mace carried weight, the spear would hold a lot less force behind it. As the Kobold made for a stab towards Kyo with the spear, while charging, Kyo would hold his ground, placing pressure against the spear as it rode down the side of his sword.  He would effectively redirect the spear into a nearby wall, making sure that he didn't redirect it into Relsialle. Kyo had seen that clearly she was more of an offense that defense and wanted to utilize that to the best of their ability to cooperate, again assuming she was ready he called out the signaling word again, "Switch!"

" Sometimes things are more fun with your life on the line…" ☒ @tagged ✐ 000 ✉ notes Relsialle Lv1 Relsialle grinned a moment as she dropped her foot back, once more at the ready…She wasn’t one to dwell on her mistakes nor make a big deal out of something so small. “You can take a lot of punishment…Good to know!” The girl fired back with a sharp-toothed smile, still finding time to tease the swordsman as he held the spearman at bay. The girl grit her teeth, knowing that her flawless record had been broken, strategic use of her stealth managing to keep her from harm until now. The girl dropped down into stealth once more, the rapid pace of battle causing her heart to race as the tempo increased more and more. ‘Switch!’ She heard, only managing to move forward…the thief just back into the fray before her aid was called once again…”Just soo needy aren’t we?!?” The girl jested, flying once more out of her safety, her stealth cloak shattering once more right as the weapon impacted…the distracted Kobold finding her steel blade sticking him square in the chest. Her nimble wrist twisted the blade free causing the creature to stagger back, before it was finally dispatched with a single swipe to the stomach…the vicious style of fighting suiting her well in this round… (Kobold Patrolman L2 – 0HP) – DEAD! (Kobold Patrolman L2 – 30HP) – Mace *P* (Kobold Trooper L3 – 50HP) – 2H Sword A loud roar could be heard from the back of the room as their captain obviously disapproved of yet another of his charges falling to the pair…the armored trooper pulling the massive two-handed blade free...Even worse still, as the heavy footsteps of their larger brother grew quicker…He finally erupted in a full-fledged run for Relsialle. The girl gulped heavily as she looked up slightly to take in the huge creature, raising her dagger into an almost humorous guard… “Umm…Switch?!?!” The girl yelled, the sharp inflection of her voice mixing the request with a question…silently knowing that the patrolman’s status was a moment away from breaking…signaled by the blinking of the icon… (Kobold Patrolman L2 – 0HP) – DEAD! (Kobold Patrolman L2 – 30HP) – Mace **P** (Kobold Trooper L3 – 50HP) – 2H Sword

Kyo was waiting for this moment though, almost expecting it to come after one of his minions was dispatched. Kyo had begun charging towards Relsialle the same time  the Kobold did.  She had asked for the switch a bit questioningly but Kyo was already on the way long before she called for it. He noticed that it was coming close though, they were both going to get to her location around the same time so he wouldn't have a chance to get between them and guard.  He had to use some ingenuity here to come up with a plan as he charged. No, scrap that, logic was thrown out the window at this point as Kyo held the pointed end of his blade forward just like a lance. He had to cut his foe off befeore it were to hit Relsialle, and so he would. Darting forward Kyo had impaled the beast in its midsection with all of his force, and continuing to use his moment and body mass to all in this strength with his shoulder. The two had toppled over together, crashing down hard. A small cloud of dust and debris rose from where they had landed but through the fog one could see Kyo pulling his weapon from his foe and jumping back. It too rose, not so easily taken out, as it let out a roar showing it meant business.  Both Kyo and the Kobold had taken some damage, though neither enough to be in extreme at this point. Kyo looked over to Relsialle and gave a little nod suggesting all was well, though he maintained his readied stance sword still aimed at the still very much so living foe. (Kobold Patrolman L2 – 30HP) – Mace **P** (Kobold Trooper L3 – 40HP) – 2H Sword
