Janeiro gave slight nods to the others talking showing her agreement, having her arms still crossed. They were all sensible people. Hearing how the others had already begun recruiting Janeiro felt that it was her duty to start doing the same, although she would wait until the whole guild had become more organized and stable, making sure she could present a guild Janeiro was proud to be in and with its own merits. Rue's praise for Tesh made Janeiro press her lips together.
Rue asked the right questions, and Elph gave very good input. Janeiro herself noticed that when it came to practical thinking and organizing she probably was not the smartest person in the room as she found herself a little impressed by the quick proposals. A sharp person like Elpharae could be a very good leader.
"I like those ideas. I have been thinking about opening a shop anyway since I already have the Mercantile talent, so sooner or later it will happen. I'd be happy to transfer a big chunk of its profits to the guild. I don't care that much about money as long as I have enough." Janeiro did like to be able to spend money without too much thinking, but there were more important matters than her personal luxury. "By forming the hunting parties we can discover who works well with which members quickly and plan out strategies in advance, allowing a safer and more efficient style of battle. Player deaths should absolutely be avoided, not just from a humane point of view but for PR reasons as well. Nobody wants to join the guild known for its suicidal behavior - I guess that goes without saying. I can craft armor and some weapon parts, as far as I know we don't have people for the other crafting talents yet, right?"
The question about their focus was the trickiest. Janeiro would absolutely try to be part of the front line fighters whether the guild followed or not. "Maybe what you say is true Elpharae. It kind of fits the name of the guild, too. I will still fight at the front line and know that Rue burns for that too, but we don't need everyone to follow, especially if they are still considerably less experienced in battle. Once again, that could mean deaths. Having people do recognizable work will help our reputation. I, um... get recognized sometimes already." She blushed slightly as she really did not want to brag. Having somewhat famous players would help any guild. Quickly she put some pie on her little plate and stuffed her mouth with it so she could not say more. Wait, did Tesh just say 'he' when referring to Elpharae? Must have made a mistake. How awkward.
