Welcome to our second guide for the SAO universe. This is the one where we will talk about posting. All posting here on SAO-RPG will be done in character (except if you post in the exclusive out of character threads at the bottom of the forum or post in the shout box.) Any posts made will presumably be in character. When you post you can make a thread in any of the available locations at the moment. Be curdious and ask the OP (original poster) if its okay to join them. Often people will place an availability tag on the start of the thread to notify of who is or is not allowed into the thread. If someone wants to post with just their friend in that thread then leave it that way. Characters are allowed to be in numerous threads at once. Event threads will be run by administrators and not regular players.
Try to be fair and post one at a time, or at least leave space for others to post, especially if numerous people are involved in the thread. Sometimes special rules on posting will be given at the start of a thread (for example floor bosses will be turn-based.)
Make sure to add to the first page of your post whos allowed in it. If you want it open to anyone make sure you make note of that. If you want a solo thread let that be known too. Perhaps you only want to invite a specific person to do a pre-determined thread, make it "private" and put whos allowed to post. Of course if someone is crashing a thread and you've asked them to stop; feel free to notify our staff so we can review the event.
