She leaves the woman there, slowly pushing her way back into the town and sinking into a room at the local inn. Pain gripped the woman as she clung to her own knees in the safety of the small quarters, wave after wave of cherished memory crashing down upon her heart until she looked to the sky in Aingrad and saw the single tweet, blood seeping from Aldric's ears as his nerve gear lay beside his head, forcibly removed by a third party. She felt her eyes go wide again, a sudden salinity breaching the feeling she was trying to hold back. Grief began to seep in at the edges as she opened her friends list, refusing to believe the truth. // Alderiddic - Offline // She let her head fall between her knees, her chest convulsing as she could no longer hold back the onslaught of sorrow that overwhelmed her body. For the first time since the announcement, Annalise let herself go and released the bottled up pain she cherished into her arms, He was gone. Dead.
