LEVEL: 3
GUILD: N/A
REAL NAME: AMARYLLIS SCHEHERAZADE ANSARI
AGE: 21
RELATIONSHIP STATUS: SINGLE
ETHNICITY: SWEDISH, PAKISTANI, EGYPTIAN
NATIONALITY: SWEDISH
FACE CLAIM: RULER "JEANNE D'ARC // FATE/APOCRYPHAAPPEARANCE
Scheherazade has blonde hair kept in a braid with a huge blue ribbon tied into a bow, but in reality, she has dark brown hair the color of black coffee. On the rare occasion that she lets her hair down (usually for sleep), she ties her ribbon around her wrist. Her hair is a glossy, pretty blonde the color of pale gold, reaching her ankles in waves, due to her braid. The blonde has an ovular face with a pointed chin, cheekbones sharp and high-set. Her eyes are a delicate lilac-blue, framed by dark eyelashes that are entirely different from her hair. They're wide and doe-shaped, large and round, flecked with a delicate silver that only shows if you lean very, very close to her. On her left shoulder, she has a beauty mark, dark against her pale skin, starkly different from her mocha-shaded skin in real life. Her face is calm and composed often, having sparks of good humor and kindness flit by.
She has a regal, almost queenly, air around her, one that demands respect, standing at 5'7. Scheherazade has a lean, sinewy build, muscles rippling under her feminine, delicate build. Her aura can also seem innocent, naive even, if you interpret it in a different way, especially if you catch her with her hair down. Scheherazade's graceful, and very pretty. She keeps her posture impeccably straight, but also seems relaxed. One of her defining features are her legs, long, predatory, and very, very strong. Her limbs are slender as well, nimble and elegant. She's a contralto, voice warm and rich, deep and velvety, laced with her accent, which grows heavier when she feels more extreme emotion. Scheherazade also has a distinct scent of milk and honey with rose, carnation and bergamot. The female often bites her lips, which are a pale-pink the color of a stereotypical ballerina's tutu, when worried. Across her back is a tattoo that rather looks like this, and the lines of ink are actually teeny-tiny words in the Qu'ran, or Muslim book of faith, her favorite verses, word for word.
Eye Color: Lilac-Periwinkle
Hair Color: Platinum Blonde
Skin Tone: Pale
Physique: Feminine, Slender, Lithe
Height: 5'7
Dominant Features: Her long legs, which are lithely muscular.
Scars/Markings: A tattoo of tiny words across her back, so small that they blend into a bigger picture, which is a beautiful set of blooming flowers across her back. It looks like this.PERSONALITY
Scheherazade is a relatively reserved person. She's soft-spoken but has a very strong set of beliefs within her, decisive and strong-willed, able to perceive and analyze information given to her in any way. Her demure demeanor is something she's obtained from living with her rather traditional family, and so is her quiet determination. The girl is a charismatic person, able to charm and coax others to do her will, but doesn't infringe on that ability, instead keeping it as a part of her personality but never acting on it. The player also has a tendency to recede upon herself when caught off guard, immediately becoming defensive yet even quieter, hiding her emotions. Scheherazade is also a very tranquil, serene person, with an aura of dreaminess or etherealness about her that can draw people in.
When angry, though, the girl recedes more and more into herself, locking her personality away. What remains is someone who gets more and more serene as they get angrier-a sort of quiet, murderous fury. There are two ways she can react-one, by resorting to physical violence, where she personally feels detached and distant from the one she is mad at, or the second, in which she merely smolders within herself, restraining her anger to mere snarky remarks. In those cases, she's borderline rude, daring to utter what no one else will. And she carries grudges for a very, very long time. When approached, the blonde is a very polite, kind person, able to put others at ease.
But that doesn't mean she isn't able to hurt others. The girl is very, very driven-she takes what she wants when she needs it in order to reach her goals. If anything was in her way, Scheherazade would destroy it using any means necessary. She isn't above murder and killing, and actually has a side of her that is absolutely fascinated with pain and fear, one of which is rare in Sword Art Online. Scheherazade is a natural-born leader and follower, but can be prone to random bursts of pride and egocentricity, as well as self-pity. She's a softly self-assured warrior, trying out her worth and desperate to find one of the questions that has been plaguing her ever since she realized her sexuality: What true "strength" is.
She's also generally agreeable, able to coax a smile out of quite a few people if she tries her hand at it, and is very alert, always on guard for any sign of danger. The girl, true to her name, is also a dreamer to the core, though cynical at times and very bitter, and is an absolute lover of stories, loving to tell them at any opportunity that is presented to her, namely, being asked to speak or say something. When angered, she can also slip into a more archaic style of speech, due to her previous role in the beta test in a rather old-fashioned medieval knight's guild. Scheherazade is also very articulate, sometimes poetic and at other times direct, depending on her mood. When she gets more emotional in any way, such as being angry, her word count increases.
She also has a devil-may-care attitude around her skin showing, absolutely indifferent to being conservative as her parents. Though she may not seem like it, she's also very strongly attached to wine, liking the taste and feeling of it (though she's a huge lightweight) and her personality becomes very bubbly and lighthearted then, undergoing a series of volatile mood swings. She can also be very sweet with the people she trusts or likes, thoughtful and deliberate, stating her thoughts as they come.LIKES

[PTab=«BIOGRAPHY»]
Amaryllis was the second-born child of an aristocratic couple linked to old nobles that lived in Cairo, her older brother having died a neonatal death before her. She grew up alone, and for the first year of her life, she lived in Egypt, until her mother begged her father to let them return to Sweden, her homeland, claiming that the memories here of her first-born child haunted her around the land of this country. Her husband agreed, and the trio moved to Sweden, where Amaryllis would spend the majority of her life. They enrolled their daughter in a high-class all girls private school, trusting that their daughter, who was bookish and rather pretty, would mature into a proper lady, both of her parents being very old-fashioned.
The girl absolutely adored dance, growing up, and her father despaired, calling it unnecessary and a waste of time. Still, he indulged his only child and daughter. When she was nine, she had a crush on someone she knew-actually, it was her neighbor, a girl named Vera Ekman, a child of ten years who attended the same school. She confessed to the older girl, and in return, Vera lashed out, spitting slurs and telling her that she was going to hell, being the oldest girl of a Christian family, and Muslims like her dad stoned homosexuals to death and she deserved it. Terrified, Amaryllis ran home, but that was only the beginning.
Vera, who had been popular in their school, had already spread a rumor about Amaryllis's sexuality. People she'd never talked to before walked up to her and told her that because she was homosexual, her parents would do everything from beat her to disown her to kill her. Her fear and paranoia reached to new heights, and throughout elementary school, she was plagued from fear. It wasn't much better in high school, either-much worse, in fact.
So she grew up hearing, "Muslims stone gays to death" or "Muslims disown gay children and beat them", and her mother's a devout Catholic, and she thought that her mother was plenty conventional. Amaryllis warred with this side of her for ages until she started flinching away from her parent's touch, avoiding everyone in school, and having panic attacks because she was so sure everyone knew. She started looking for an outlet for her anger and fear, and got the tattoo, which was supposed to be a reminder that she could not, would not break away from her religion ever, since she was so attached to the beliefs she had. Amaryllis started smoking, taking drugs, going to parties and getting so wasted she had sex with random strangers who were the same gender as her just so she could vent out the feelings that she kept bottled inside. With this, her paranoia skyrocketed, and the girl was in worse shape than before. She had some suicidal thoughts and briefly went into depression at erratic intervals.
Until one day, she brought a girl home when her parents were there, too. It was bad-she started having a panic attack and the girl left, and both her parents saw her completely high and drunk. Her father started freaking out, and he was so close to beating his daughter before her mother intervened and brought her to the hospital. After she was completely fine and healthy, they came to get her out, and her father asked her what happened. Amaryllis started screaming about what happened and her mother took her father away, and she woke up the next day, and none of her parents said anything, and her father merely took her aside and told her that he was going to help her heal from this experience, and she loved who she loved. Physically and mentally exhausted, Amaryllis quietly agreed.
Her father, a traditional man in all fact, did what he believed was right. He made her quit dance and art, both of which she loved, and enrolled her in various self-defense classes and sports. Her father believed by letting her run free had caused her to be homosexual, and that it was an irreversible fact, but in order to pay penance for his crimes, he had to make sure the rest of her life ran smoothly. Her mother worried, her kindness fueled by the hovering fear that Amaryllis would disappear out of their lives, leaving her childless, since she was told that she could not bear another child after this daughter.
Amaryllis's father became almost obsessed with her success, signing her up for clubs at her school, requesting daily or weekly reports on her progress at everything, requiring hourly check-ins. The stress became too much for Amaryllis, and she practiced her dancing in private. The town that she lived in was small, and most of the students at her high school were students from her primary and secondary school, and the more she-under her father's direction-tried to get involved at her school, the more slurs and insults were tossed at her, making her performance drop in the various teams and activities she was involved for. Her father, seeing this, disciplined her the only way he knew-he caned her.
The ever-darkening chain continued for her last year of high school, and then she gave up and tried out for the Royal Ballet School in England. When she was accepted, the girl packed up all her things and merely left, leaving a single letter with a phone number for her parents to contact her. For a while, all went well, the girl able to pursue her favorite types of dance, contemporary and ballet, and also other styles, one in particular being the raqs sharqi. She also founded a belief in mythical creatures, and was an avid fan of graphic design.
She joined Sword Art Online as a beta tester, having tried out as a joke, under the guild name of "Angel's Requiem", a front-line swordswoman. Scheherazade was more of an explorer than anything, though, and one day, while roaming the floors, found a non-playable character under the name of "Willow" sitting by the lake, humming. Scheherazade was immediately attracted to her calm aura, as if she were at peace within herself, something Scheherazade always longed for.
Even though she knew it was a game, all just an illusion, she couldn't ignore the fact that she was falling in love with someone that wasn't even there. One day, when she was in town to restock her materials, there was a monster attack near the lake. She contacted her guild and ran over there, wielding her sword, but was too late-she witnessed Willow disappearing in a shower of blue and white. This caused a dramatic change in her personality. After that, she quit her guild and roamed the floors as a solo player, searching for Willow, who should have respawned as a NPC, but she didn't find the girl, most likely to a technical glitch.
Scheherazade, after the beta test, returned to her normal life, but everything seemed off-so when Sword Art Online hit the walls, she bought a copy, and entered alone, trying to find the part of her that disappeared with Willow's death...
"Are you...still here?"
